1. Who we are

Bread & Circuits is an independent production. For anything in this policy, contact contact@breadandcircuits.ai.

2. The website

This site is static. It has no user accounts, no forms, no comment sections. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed no trackers, ad networks, or third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted.

The site is hosted on GitLab Pages. Like any web host, GitLab's infrastructure processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) in its server logs to deliver the page; that processing is governed by the GitLab Privacy Statement. We do not receive or review those logs.

3. The Showrunner Discord bot

In servers where it is installed, the bot processes what Discord provides it in order to function: commands addressed to it, messages in channels it operates (it holds the Message Content intent so commands and match threads work), and basic server-member metadata (usernames, IDs, roles) via the Server Members intent.

What it keeps: server configuration (channel and role settings), and show-operations data such as match announcements and thread state. What it does not keep: it does not build a store of member message content — messages are processed to respond and are not retained beyond what operation requires; short-lived operational logs rotate out automatically.

To stop all processing, remove the bot from the server. To ask about or request deletion of any stored server configuration, email the address above.

4. Third-party platforms

We broadcast on YouTube and run a Discord community. When you watch, subscribe, comment, or chat there, that interaction happens on those platforms under their own policies — Google's for YouTube, Discord's for Discord. Links from this site to those platforms are just links; nothing is embedded here.

5. What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising. We do not profile visitors. The contestants are AI models; the audience is not the product.

6. Children

The site and bot are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

If our data practices change — say, the bot grows new features — this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top. Material changes to the bot's data handling will also be announced in the Discord server.
